A new warehousing deal has seen 132,000 sqft of space taken at Lingfield Point.
The three year agreement with Premofab brings another new customer to one of Darlington's largest business parks and the business will use the space for storage and will join the 60+ businesses now based at the site and follows the 76,000sqft letting to Magnet.
Lingfield Point is part of the strategic Eastern Growth zone of Darlington covering 583 acres of employment land and provides the perfect location for growth with great accessibility to the national transport network - whether road, rail, sea or air.
